For Startups & Mid-Size Companies

Growth. Hiring. AI.
Three things that break when the wrong person leaves.

We build the actual systems behind each one — documented, configured, and handed off to your team. Not locked in someone's head. Not dependent on one hire. Yours to run the day we hand off.

Most startups don't have a Growth problem, a Hiring problem, or an AI problem.

They have a systems problem.

📋

The knowledge is in people's heads — and walks out the door when they leave.

🔁

The process resets every time you hire someone new, because nothing was ever written down.

🧩

The tools are there — Notion, Slack, Linear — but nothing connects, and no one owns how they work together.

That's what we fix. Not by adding another tool — by building the system your team actually runs on.

Three places where scaling startups leak the most. We fix all three.

We don't do everything. We've built these systems enough times to know exactly where they break — and how to build them so they don't.

01  ·  Growth & GTM

Your growth pipeline — visible, owned, and repeatable

When your growth lead leaves, your pipeline understanding leaves with them. We build the system so it stays — regardless of who's running it next quarter.

  • Funnel tracking & weekly growth review cadence
  • CRM pipeline — stages, ownership, and follow-up logic
  • OKR or north-star metric framework tied to your actual funnel
  • ICP documentation + outreach sequence templates
  • Reporting dashboard your founder and team can read in 5 minutes

02  ·  Hiring & HR

A hiring pipeline that doesn't depend on one recruiter's brain

Every time a recruiter leaves, your process resets. Every new role is reinvented from scratch. We build the pipeline once — so your next 50 hires run through the same system.

  • ATS pipeline — stages, automations, and ownership per role
  • Interview scorecard & evaluation framework (role-specific)
  • Onboarding workflow — day-1 checklist to 90-day milestones
  • Job description templates + sourcing playbook for repeat hiring
  • Offer & rejection flow with consistent communication templates

03  ·  AI Tools & Automation

Actual AI adoption — not a Slack channel where people share ChatGPT prompts

Individual AI experiments don't compound. A shared system does. We design the workflows, build the automations, and create the prompt library your whole team uses — so the gains don't live in one person's tab.

  • Internal AI workflow design — prompt libraries and use-case mapping per team role
  • Automation setup with Make, Zapier, or n8n integrated into your existing stack
  • AI-assisted SOP and documentation layer (self-updating where possible)
  • Team enablement — role-specific training on tools your team will actually use
  • AI tool audit: what to adopt, what to ignore, what to build vs. buy

What a real setup looks like

Here's a recent example — what we built, how fast, and what changed for the team after.

Case Study  ·  Fintech Startup  ·  Growth + Hiring  ·  12-person team

"We had Notion, Linear, and Slack — but no one owned how they connected. Our sprint retro was a Slack message nobody replied to. Hiring was a Google Sheet."

A Series A fintech team had the tools but no system. Sprint retros were skipped. New engineers spent their first three weeks figuring out where things lived. Hiring was tracked in a sheet only the CEO updated. We scoped the work in 24 hours after the discovery call — built a live sprint cadence, a full onboarding flow, and migrated their hiring to Ashby with interview scorecards in under two weeks.

4 days to first live sprint in Linear
Week 2 hiring pipeline live in Ashby with scorecards
Day 1 next new hire onboarded with zero hand-holding

Why not just hire a growth lead, recruiter, and AI consultant separately?

Three separate hires for setup work is expensive, slow, and leaves you with no single person who owns the full picture. There's a different way.

3 Separate Hires / Consultants AppSathi PM Team
Cost to get started 3× salaries or retainers from day one One scoped quote — pay after delivery
Time to first working system Weeks of hiring + onboarding per role Days, not weeks
Cross-area coherence Three silos, no single system view One team sees Growth + Hiring + AI together
Ongoing cost after setup Full headcount even when systems are stable Serving fee only — scales with what you need
What happens if they leave Process lives in their head — you restart Everything documented, owned by your team
Works for global teams Depends on hire location Remote-first, async by default

From first call to a live system

Same process regardless of which area we're working in — discovery, scope, build, handoff. We leave everything documented and running.

1
Discovery

We learn what's broken and where

One call with whoever owns the problem — founder, team lead, or an existing hire. We map your current state: what tools you use, where the actual breakdown is, and which of the three areas needs the most urgent attention. No templates pushed on you yet.

2
Scoping

We define the work and lock the price

Based on discovery, we propose exactly what we'll build — which systems, which tools, what's in and out of scope. You review, adjust, and approve before we start. Fixed scope, fixed price. No surprises.

3
Setup

Our PM team builds and configures your system

We design the process, configure the tools, write the SOPs, and run check-ins with your team as we go. We treat your team like our own stakeholders — review, sign-off, and iterate as we build.

4
Handoff + Serve

Your team runs it. We keep it alive.

Full handoff with documentation your team can actually follow. After that, you pay only a serving fee — to maintain, update, and evolve the system as your company grows. No lock-in, no surprises.

Product managers who've worked in these areas — not generalists who just talk about process.

You work with 2–3 PMs directly. The people who map your system are the same ones who configure it.

Process Design & Documentation

Background in operations and program management across fintech and consumer startups. Designs SOPs and reporting layers that founders, team leads, and new hires all actually read.

Scoped to what you actually need.

We don't sell packages. After the discovery call, we quote a fixed number for the exact scope you approved — then we start.

Phase 1

Setup

A one-time scoped engagement. We map, design, configure, and hand off your Growth, Hiring, or AI system — or all three, scoped and priced together.

How we price it: After discovery, we send a fixed quote. You approve it before anything starts. No surprise invoices, no scope creep.
Phase 2

Serving Fee

A monthly fee that starts only after your system is live. Covers maintenance, tool updates, adding new workflows, and async support as your team grows.

You only pay to keep it running — not to rebuild it. Scales with what you need, never more.

Setup scopes typically run between ₹20,000 and ₹80,000 depending on which areas you need, team size, and tools involved. Single-area setups start lower; all-three engagements run higher. You'll have an exact number before anything starts.

This is built for your team if...

Your growth tracking is a spreadsheet that only one person fully understands — and that person is already stretched thin

Every new hire resets your hiring process because it was never actually written down — it was just in someone's head

Your team uses AI tools individually but has no shared system — no prompt library, no standard workflow, no way to scale what works

You're scaling faster than your process — what worked at 8 people is quietly breaking at 20, and you haven't had time to redesign it

You want fixed scope and a fixed price before anything starts — not a consulting retainer that keeps expanding

You're open to async-first, remote collaboration — India or anywhere globally
