AppSathi ka use karne se — chahe website visit karo, app use karo, ya WhatsApp pe contact karo — aap in Terms of Use se agree karte hain. Agar agree nahi hain toh please service use mat karein.
Yeh terms India ke laws ke under governed hain.
Service Kya Hai
AppSathi Indian small businesses ke liye custom digital tools banata hai — lead capture, booking systems, WhatsApp integrations, dashboards, aur related tools. Har client ke liye app unki specific needs ke hisaab se build hota hai.
AppSathi ek SaaS platform hai — aap software use karte hain, software ke owner nahi bante.
Sign-Up & Agreement Process
Service shuru hone se pehle yeh steps zaroor honge:
- Initial baat (WhatsApp ya call)
- Scope document aapko share kiya jaayega — kya banenge, kaise, kitne mein
- Aapki written confirmation ke baad hi kaam shuru hoga
- Sample/demo app share hoga — test karo, approve karo
- Full build tabhi hogi jab aap satisfy ho
Free Trial
Har naye client ko 2 hafte ka free trial milta hai — app live hone ke baad. Is period mein:
- Koi payment nahi
- Poora app use kar sakte hain
- Agar kaam ka nahi laga — simply batao, koi charge nahi
Free trial ke baad agar continue karna hai toh payment aur legal agreement — dono zaroor hoga.
Payment Terms
- Subscription monthly hoga — pehle payment ke baad app locked nahi hoga, continue rahega
- Payment due date pe nahi aayi toh 7 din ka grace period milega
- Grace period ke baad app pause hoga — data safe rahega
- 30 din baad bhi payment nahi aayi toh data permanently delete ho sakta hai
- Pricing mein change hoga toh 30 din pehle inform kiya jaayega
Refund Policy
✅ Refund Milega
Agar AppSathi agreed scope deliver nahi kar paaya — last payment refund hoga. No questions asked.
❌ Refund Nahi Milega
Pehla payment hone ke baad aur app use karne ke baad — refund possible nahi. Isliye 2 hafte ka free trial hai.
Cancellation Policy
Subscription kabhi bhi band kar sakte hain — 7 din pehle written notice chahiye (WhatsApp message kafi hai).
- Cancellation ke baad remaining days tak access rahega
- Koi penalty nahi, koi extra charge nahi
- Data deletion request kar sakte hain cancellation ke waqt
Intellectual Property
App aapke business ke liye banaya gaya hai — lekin underlying code, design system, aur technical architecture AppSathi ki intellectual property hai.
- Aap app use kar sakte hain — apne business ke liye
- App copy, resell, ya transfer nahi kar sakte
- App ka code kisi aur developer ko nahi de sakte
- AppSathi ka naam, logo ya branding use nahi kar sakte
Prohibited Use — Yeh Bilkul Nahi Chalega
App ka use in cheezoon ke liye strictly banned hai:
- Koi bhi illegal activity
- Fraud, scam ya dhoka
- Spam messages bhejne ke liye
- Doosron ki personal information collect karna bina consent ke
- Koi bhi activity jo Indian law ke against ho
AppSathi Ki Liability
AppSathi ki maximum liability — kisi bhi case mein — aapke last 1 month ke subscription amount se zyada nahi hogi.
AppSathi zimmedar nahi hogi:
- Business loss ya missed leads ke liye
- Third-party services (WhatsApp, payment gateways) ke outage ke liye
- Force majeure — natural disaster, internet outage, government action
- Aapke ya aapke customers ke illegal actions ke liye
Dispute Resolution
Koi bhi problem aaye toh yeh sequence follow hoga:
- Step 1: WhatsApp pe direct baat — +91 88613 14657
- Step 2: Written complaint — 48 ghante mein written response guarantee
- Step 3: Legal raasta — Indian courts, jurisdiction: India
Dono parties agree karte hain ki pehle Step 1 aur 2 try karenge — seedha court nahi jaayenge.
Terms Mein Changes
AppSathi in terms ko update kar sakta hai. Koi bhi significant change hone par aapko 15 din pehle WhatsApp pe notify kiya jaayega. Continued use means acceptance of new terms.
Governing Law
Yeh agreement Indian law ke under governed hai. Koi bhi dispute India ke courts mein resolve hoga.
